I was recently lucky enough to spend some time in Japan with my family. One of the highlights of the trip was adventuring to the famed knife shop Tsubaya on Kappabashi Street. The shop is a world-wide supplier of high quality, handmade, Japanese Knives. I left with a smile (and three new knives in my suitcase).

I just want to take a moment to welcome you to my website and tell you a little bit about myself. I've lived on Maui for over 20 years and have been working as a Chef for over 30. In my early days, I started as the Sous Chef at Mama's Fish House on the North Shore of Maui. Since then, I have served many celebrity and VIP clients as a private chef on Maui.
Having spent most of my life on Maui I’ve had the opportunity to gain an in-depth knowledge of local ingredients.
I source local and fresh ingredients, whether it be from local farms, farmers markets, or fishermen. This allows me to provide the best quality for my clients and meet their dietary needs.
