So here we have a Dwarf Apple Banana variety we planted on our East Maui orchard in June of 2022. It’s pretty amazing to see two new hands or stalks of Bananas that have taken off and should be ready around May. The three trees have multiplied to about eight or more and have reached a height of about ten to twelve feet. Truly amazing! I can’t wait to incorporate our locally grown and organic produce into your Private Chef experience.

In my early days, I started as the Sous Chef at Mama's Fish House on the North Shore of Maui. Since then, I have served many celebrity and VIP clients as a private chef on Maui.
Having spent most of my life on Maui I’ve had the opportunity to gain an in-depth knowledge of local ingredients.
I source local and fresh ingredients, whether it be from local farms, farmers markets, or fishermen. This allows me to provide the best quality for my clients and meet their dietary needs.
