While on vacation in Japan I took the opportunity to browse the Japanese grocery store. There were so many exciting items: varieties of mushrooms, leeks, fresh daikon, wagyu beef, soba noodles, and so much more. The freshly made sushi and sashimi were the highlight.

I just want to take a moment to welcome you to my website and tell you a little bit about myself. I've lived on Maui for over 20 years and have been working as a Chef for over 30. In my early days, I started as the Sous Chef at Mama's Fish House on the North Shore of Maui. Since then, I have served many celebrity and VIP clients as a private chef on Maui.
Having spent most of my life on Maui I’ve had the opportunity to gain an in-depth knowledge of local ingredients.
I source local and fresh ingredients, whether it be from local farms, farmers markets, or fishermen. This allows me to provide the best quality for my clients and meet their dietary needs.
